At Planet Potential, we are passionate about helping people realise their full potential and empowering them to positively impact those around them. Founded by married couple, James and Jen, our mission is deeply rooted in supporting individuals in their personal and professional growth.

James and Jen Kingsland

Jen brings many years of experience in mental health support, specialising in working with clients with NDIS plans. She is recognised for her personal, compassionate and dedicated approach to everyone she supports.

James, a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation, has a wealth of experience as a senior executive across various business sectors. He enjoys working with a diverse range of clients, from those with disabilities to top tier executives.

As proud Geelong locals, we are dedicated to supporting our community and love spending time outdoors, walking our dogs and connecting with friends and family.
